About Us
As a family business, Lantagne Legal Printing focuses on meeting clients’ needs through quality customer service and personal attention. Don Lantagne and his son Tony (President) founded the company in 1992 to assist attorneys navigating the rules and requirements for filing appeals in Virginia’s appellate courts. Our goal is to allow clients to focus their efforts on the research and writing of their briefs while we prepare and assemble the appendix, keep track of their deadlines, and ensure successful appellate filings according to rules of the court. We remain today family owned and operated, and we proudly serve the filing needs of our clients in the Virginia Court of Appeals, Virginia Supreme Court, all United States Courts of Appeal (primarily the Fourth Circuit) and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Our staff, including a full-time attorney with experience in both trial and appeal courts, has an extensive background in appellate printing and filing services. Our combined experience of over 100 years is unmatched in our industry, and we strive to be up-to-date with the appellate court rules and procedures. Among the many benefits provided for our clients is an approved CLE course on appellate procedure taught by our attorney - a service we provide free of charge.
