Lantagne will review your brief to ensure compliance with all Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals rules, after consultation with you edit the document if necessary, and typeset covers.  We will - after ensuring the brief complies with the rules - produce the necessary copies of your brief with proper binding, hand file the copies with the court, appropriately serve to opposing counsel and our client, and call our client's office to confirm filing is successfully completed. Regarding the appendix, we provide assistance from designations of documents to the filing of the final copies.  We relieve you and your staff of the task of preparing the appendix, freeing you to concentrate on researching and writing your brief.  Once designations have been filed, and upon receipt of the documents for your appendix,  we prepare and deliver a proof copy to your office well in advance of your filing date.   On the day of filing, we deliver copies of the appendix to court along with your brief and serve copies on opposing counsel.
